Welcome to the website of our family villa Katrya luxury

It is a modern new villa near the beach with a private pool on a terrace. Our villa is located in Croatia, in a small town of Vodice (town centre is about 2 km along the promenade), in an area called Srima. This part of the town is peaceful but at the same time it is only a short walk from the entertainment venue.

The villa is suitable for 8 - 10 people and it is completely up to you whether you decide to enjoy your stay with your family of your friends. Upstairs you will find a spacious family suite for 4 people with separate bathroom and a toilet, two double bedrooms with shared bathroom and a toilet. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped modern kitchen and a living room with sofa bed (also suitable for sleeping up to 2 people), including another separate toilet. Of course there is an air conditioning in all rooms.
