The town of Vodice

VThe town (5 thousand inhabitants) with a small, picturesque port and promenade, is a popular bustling resort with numerous sports, entertainment and social opportunities, with many shops and cosy restaurants. It is located 11 km northwest of Sibenik, by the Adriatic Highway. A lot of plants grow here thanks to the abundance of water springs. The seafront, which is one of the most beautiful in Northern Dalmatia, is adorned with local palm trees.


Šibenik

The historic town and port of Šibenik in northern Dalmatia is located around the picturesque Šibenik Bay, which flows into one of the most beautiful rivers Krka. There is a bike path leading through fairytale nature. There are many important monuments, including the extremely valuable Cathedral of St. Jakub, which has been on the UNESO World Heritage List since 2000.


Krka river - National Park

This breath-taking national park is approximately 20 km away and it is a must-see. In terms of landscape, the river Krka is the most beautiful and most remarkable river on the Adriatic coast. A part of Krka from Knin to Skradin forms part of the national park, where tourists come to visit mainly the famous Skradin waterfalls

Kornati

Cruise ships to the Kornati Islands leave directly from Vodice. Kornati Islands consist of 147 almost bare islands, islets and reefs scattered in the blue surface of the Adriatic! Kornati National Park covers most of these islands as well as the surrounding sea.
